Addyston Baptist Church is a Gospel-centered church, preaching the good news of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. We believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ changes hearts and lives. It can find dead sinner and make them alive through the new birth. Because Christ lived a sinless life as a human, He could be the Lamb of God, giving Himself as a perfect sacrifice for our sin. On the cross, Jesus took the punishment that we earned by rejecting God’s law.After His crucifixion, Jesus was buried. Three days later He rose again in triumph, forever conquering death and Hell for all who would believe.
The Bible teaches that if you believe in Christ and accept Him as Lord and Savior, you will be saved. You will become a child of God and live forever in Heaven when you die. In the meantime, you can experience true life on this fallen earth. You cannot have a more significant life than becoming a follower of Christ.
