Our annual Harvest Party will be Wednesday, October 24, 7:00-8:30pm. Every room in our church will be filled with games and activities for kids of all ages. There will also be crafts, snacks, prizes, and LOTS of candy! This event is free of charge. Any parent/guardian who comes will also receive a special gift. We hope to see you there!
Our Wednesday Night Ministries have started back for preschool through high school. Begins at 7:00pm! Note that we will take a break during the summer and start again at the end of August.
Junior Camp 2018 will be July 23-27 for ages 8-14 at Higher Ground Conference & Retreat Center in West Harrison, Indiana. As we examine popular classics such as The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lord of the Rings, and others, we will discover how all the great tales point to the One True Story: the redemption of God’s creation through Christ. As always, there will be loads of activities, games, projects, competitions, singing, lessons, and awesome food. Reunite with old friends, and make some new ones!

Vacation Bible School will be June 4-8, 6:30-8:30pm (Monday through Friday). Join us as we visit Camp Moose on the Loose. There will be singing, games, prizes, bible lesson, snacks, crafts, and so much more!
All ladies and girls are invited to Bloom, Saturday, April 28, 10:00am – Noon. Join us for a refreshing time of fellowship with the women of our community. Take a break from your normal routine and renew your spirit: enjoy a delicious brunch, beautiful flowers, games, prizes, crafts, and more.
There is no charge for this event, and childcare will be provided. Come relax, and be our guest!
We want to invite you to attend the annual Men’s Retreat, March 9 -10, 2018. We have invited Pastor Steve Hall of Hope Baptist Church to lead in the direction of the main sessions. He will be showing an in-depth video presentation called Conquer Series: The Battle Plan for Purity.
We will again highlight missionaries from our various churches. Please plan accordingly. We will have time for food and fellowship, games and recreation. There will be prayer time and quiet time. Don’t stay home because you don’t have the minute by minute schedule. Just come and be a blessing and be blessed!
We have asked Brother Caleb Jackson to coordinate the music. Plan now to arrive before supper, Friday evening, which will be at 6:30. You may check in any time after 3:00 PM.
Wednesday, October 25, is our annual Harvest Party! This year we are using an open house format. Come to Addyston Baptist between 6:30-8:00 and bring your kids for games, crafts, snacks, and LOADS of candy. At 8:00 there will be a drawing for some big pumpkins and a few other prizes. Costumes are welcome so long as they are not scary and they don’t have a mask.
If you normally attend ABCKIDS, the bus will pick you up and return you at the usual time. If you need a ride, just give us a call at 513.941.4897.
Our Wednesday night ministries start again on August 30:
ABCKids is a program designed for 1st-6th graders. We start with music and singing around 6:50 PM. They have opening exercises, a Bible lesson, group time where kids connect with each other and their group leaders, Bible memory, fun games, snacks, and prizes.
If your child enjoys Vacation Bible School in the summer, you can think of this ministry as a once a week VBS!
ABCKadets is designed for preschool and Kindergarten age children. They have opening exercises, class time, and memory work appropriate to their age. Plus snacks, games, and prizes just for them.
ABCKrew is for kids in 7th grade and up. ABCKrew meets with ABCKids for singing and announcements before heading to their own age appropriate class time.
Each kid who attends will receive a t-shirt. There is no cost for these programs or the t-shirt: these are provided as our church’s gift to our community.
Our program loosely follows the Three Rivers School District schedule, so if Three Rivers is out of school, we’re usually out too.
Special events to look forward to: Harvest Party (in October) and a special Christmas Program (December 13). ABCKids will take a two week break in December and start back in January.

Church Camp will be a little earlier this year–just two weeks away! Camp will be June 19-23 at Higher Ground Conference and Retreat Center in West Harrison, Indiana. The camp is for ages 8-14, and the cost is $160. You may download an information sheet as well as a permission form HERE. We will arrive at camp Monday at 11:00am and return to church by 10:00am on Friday. Give us a call or send us an email if you have questions or concerns.
Our ladies hosted a brunch for our community on May 27, 2017. We hope this will become an annual event!
